- Browse the website find the product(s) you’re looking for or search for your school and select your grade.
- You need to create an account to purchase items. Click on Login if you already have an account or on Create an account to fill out your information. We’ll keep your information safe.
- Add the items to your Cart and Checkout once you are ready to place your order.
- Select your payment method and confirm your order. You will receive an email with your order confirmation details.
To register as a user, click here. We’ll need your full name, e-mail address, a password of 5 characters, and at least one contact number.
1. Check if keyboard’s “Caps Lock” light is on as your password is case sensitive
2. Ensure you don’t enter blank spaces before and after your password

Ordering FAQ
Although accounts are not mandatory, we recommend creating an account to benefit from account features such as saved addresses, order history, and fulfillment tracking.
Although we don’t have wholesale pricing, we can offer volume discounts on certain product ranges. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Payment & Invoicing
Payment can be made via Yoco or PayFast, or you are welcome to email your order to orders@kouki.co.za and our team will send you an invoice for payment.
You will see a receipt after your payment has been processed. This receipt will indicate whether the transaction was successful or if it was declined. If the transaction was declined, the receipt will include an explanation.
We are able to offer 30-day invoice credit to schools, nurseries, organisations and companies. Simply select the option ‘Payment on Invoice’ at checkout and an invoice will be generated upon dispatch of goods. If any further information is required to process your credit application, our Accounts Team will be in touch once your order is placed.
